As I already mentioned, programming is a combination of soft skills and working on computers. But, there are still people who sit at one corner in the room catch up only with the laptop and keep on trying to build on their practical skills. Now thinking how do programmers communicate with their team members? In, order to interact with people a programmer should be able to have clear understanding of problems and then provide really valuable solutions. 2. FOCUS ON YOUR MATHEMATICAL SKILLS:

The reason is your message must be understood by each and every one in the organization for which you must be pretty clear with your thoughts and writing skills. And also sometimes you need to answer the programming questions via emails or any other mediums. So, where in writing skills play a very important role.
Other very important thing which a programmer must possess is curiosity. Yes!
